A short note on what Snack Sched does and does not keep.

Snack Sched is a client-side snack-rotation calendar for youth sports snack duty, PTA refreshments, church nursery and coffee hour, classroom parties, and similar volunteer rotations. You enter dates and names on this device; the fair schedule is built here. It is not a marketplace, login product, or place to store children’s personal data on a server.

Names and dates never leave the browser for the schedule itself. There is no account. We do not save your roster on a server, and we do not sell personal data.

To make setup less fragile, the page may keep a short draft of your season title, dates, names, and slot options in your browser’s localStorage on this device. That draft stays local; clearing site data for snackslot.com removes it. Share links encode the schedule state in the URL hash so a teammate can open the same rotation — that data travels in the link you choose to send, not through a Snack Sched account database.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for the project, it is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on invasive tracking cookies for basic visit stats. Cloudflare’s processing applies to that hosting and analytics data.

Google AdSense is associated with this site. Ads may show via AdSense when Google approves serving. There is no empty reserved advertisement slot on the home page currently. When ads are shown, Google AdSense may set cookies to show and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses advertising cookies. We do not place ads on this Privacy page or the About page.
