Privacy Policy

Snack Sched is built so your roster stays on your device. Here is exactly what that means.

This policy covers snackslot.com and its preview address. Snack Sched is operated by Damion, an independent developer in Indiana, United States.

No account, no upload of your schedule

Snack Sched has no sign-up, no login, and no database of users. The names, dates, season name, and slot labels you enter are processed by JavaScript in your browser to build the schedule. They are not sent to our servers.

Data stored on your device

Your current draft is saved in your browser's localStorage so it is still there when you come back on the same device and browser. You can remove it at any time with the Clear button or by clearing your browser's site data. We cannot see or access this storage.

When you generate a schedule, the page address gains a share link after the # sign that encodes your schedule. Browsers do not send that part of the address to the web server. If you share the link, anyone who has it can see the names and dates in it, so share it only with people who should.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Because the schedule content never reaches us, there is no roster for us to sell.

Hosting by Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser type, and request logs, under its own privacy policy. We do not add our own analytics or tracking scripts.

Ko-fi tip jar

The optional tip button loads a widget from Ko-fi. If you choose to leave a tip, payment happens on Ko-fi under Ko-fi's privacy policy, and we may see the name and message you choose to share there.

Advertising and cookies

Snack Sched uses Google AdSense to show advertising on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses cookies in advertising. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at YourAdChoices.

Ads are not placed in the scheduling form itself, and your names and dates are never shared with advertisers.

Children

Snack Sched is a planning tool for adults such as coaches, parents, and volunteers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
